Details you give when you book a Clarity Call through our scheduler, and payment details handled by our payment provider (we never see your full card number). Basic site analytics: pages visited, device, browser, and approximate location. Cookies the site needs to work, plus analytics cookies.

03 HOW WE USE IT

To reply to you, schedule and run calls, send what you asked for, deliver work you hire us for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your information. No mailing list and no automated follow-up sequences unless you opt in.

04 WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the services that run this site and our business: [CONFIRM LIST: Wix (hosting and forms), scheduling tool for whenissteveavailable.com, payment processor, Google Analytics / Google Ads]. They process data for us under their own privacy terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Inquiries we don’t move forward on are deleted within [12] months. Client records are kept as long as the engagement runs, plus whatever time tax and legal rules require.
