CASE STUDIES

Built Across
Industries. Same
Problem: The
System
Was
Missing.

I do not believe in random websites, random content, or random
tools. Every project starts with the same question: What system is
missing?

Sometimes the answer is a website. Sometimes it is a CRM.
Sometimes it is a content pipeline, inquiry form, student intake
system, or full operational rebuild. The industry changes. The work
stays the same: connect the pieces, build the system, and make the
business easier to run.

This page is proof that the work is not theory.

Dudley Beauty College

Turning a Beauty School Website Into a Sales
and Student Inquiry System

Dudley Beauty College needed more than a website refresh. They needed
a digital system that could support the business side of the school:
product sales, student inquiries, continuing education visibility, and a
clearer online presence.

THE PROBLEM

The old system did not fully connect the
school’s brand, product line, enrollment
interest, and online business opportunities.

WHAT WE BUILT

We rebuilt the website, created a pipeline for
Dudley products to be sold online, and built a
tool that allows prospective students to
submit enrollment inquiries.

THE OUTCOME

The website became more than an online
brochure. It became a platform for
commerce, inquiries, and growth.

DC Media Academy & Washington Digital Media

Building a Media Education Platform From the
Ground Up

DC Media Academy and Washington Digital Media needed more than
branding. They needed the structure behind a creative education
business: a clear identity, website, student intake pipeline, membership
portal, rubrics, operations, and procedures.

THE PROBLEM

The challenge was not just attracting
students. The challenge was supporting the
student journey from first interest to
enrollment to training to execution.

WHAT WE BUILT

I helped build the organizations from the
ground up: branding, imaging, website
development, student ingestion pipeline,
membership portal backend, rubrics,
operations, and procedures.

THE OUTCOME

The work created a foundation for training
students, managing programs, organizing
operations, and presenting the brand
professionally.

Turning Expertise Into a Website, Content
Pipeline, and Client Acquisition System

Gomez turn her expertise into more client opportunities.

THE PROBLEM

The challenge was not simply rebuilding a
website. The challenge was creating a

and client acquisition worked together.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

I am rebuilding the website and creating a
pipeline for content and new client
acquisition, moving people from content to
trust to inquiry to consultation.

THE PATTERN

The Project Changes. The
Pattern Does Not.

Across almost every project, I am usually solving one of six
problems. This is where the system starts to reveal itself.

01

Vision, but no structure.

The founder knows what they want, but the
business needs a system to hold it.

02

Website, but no path.

There is no clear route from visitor to inquiry,
booking, purchase, or follow-up.

03

Content, but nowhere to go.

Videos, photos, interviews, and ideas are not
being turned into consistent assets.

04

Team working, but not aligned.

People are doing the work, but the process is not
documented or repeatable.

05

Tools disconnected.

CRM, website, email, forms, social media, AI, and
operations are not working together.

06

Owner as bottleneck.

Too much lives in the founder’s head, inbox, text
messages, or memory.

I do not just help businesses look better.
I help them work better.

BUILD WITH STEVE

You Have the Pieces.
Let’s Build the System.

Your business may already have the website, the content, the
people, the tools, the ideas, and the opportunity. But if those
pieces are not connected, growth will feel harder than it should.

Then we will decide what system needs to be built next.

We will identify what is disconnected.

I will help you find what is missing.

Show me what you are building.

No pressure. No jargon. No random tools. Just a clear conversation about what needs to happen next.

No More Guessing. Let’s Build
the System.

No duct tape. No random tools. Just a clear system that works.
