ABOUT STEVE GONZALEZ
Raised Around
Business. Trained
in Systems. Built
for Creative
Chaos.
I am Steve Gonzalez, founder of Shattered Glass Studios. I help
founders, creatives, schools, clinics, media brands, and service
businesses turn scattered ideas, disconnected tools, messy
operations, and inconsistent marketing into systems that actually
work.
Most business owners do not need another random app. They need
someone who can see the whole picture, organize the pieces, and
help build the system behind the vision.

I Learned Business
Before I Had the Words
for It.
Before I ever studied computer security, built websites, worked in
media, or started Shattered Glass Studios, I was learning business
from my mother.
She owned multiple restaurants while I was growing up, and from the time I
was a child, I was behind the scenes watching how a business actually
runs. Between the ages of 2 and 12, I saw what most people never see:
The preparation and the pressure.
The customers, inventory, and money.
The long hours and the service.
The constant problem-solving.
My mother was not limited to one lane. She owned restaurants, drove
armored vehicles for banks, worked as a nail technician in salons, sold used
goods at flea markets, and worked in real estate.
Business is not one skill. Business
is adaptation.
That shaped me. I am comfortable working across industries because I was
raised by someone who did it in real life. The industry changes. The
fundamentals do not. Every business needs a system, a story, a way to
serve, and a way to get paid.

SYSTEMS THINKING
The Military College
Gave Me Structure.
Technology Gave Me
the Framework.
I attended Norwich University, America’s oldest private military
college, where I earned my degree in Computer Security and
Information Assurance.
Structure matters.
Discipline matters.
Accountability matters.
Details matter.
Systems matter.
Computer security taught me to look beneath the surface. A website is not
just a website. A CRM is not just a CRM. A team process is not just a
checklist. A business is not just a brand.
Everything is connected. The way information moves matters. The way
people communicate matters. The way leads are captured matters. The
way work gets documented matters.
That is why I do not look at businesses as isolated problems. I look for the
system underneath.
THE SHIFT
I Had to Stop
Consuming and Start
Creating.
For a long time, I knew I was good at connecting creativity and
technology. That was always there.
But the real shift happened after I hurt my back at the gym. I ended up in
bed for three months. Cabin fever set in. I had time to think. Too much time.
Then I realized something that hit me hard:
I was downloading almost a
terabyte of data every month on
my Xbox.
I was consuming more than I was creating. That bothered me. Because
deep down, I knew I was built for more than watching, playing, scrolling,
downloading, and waiting.
So I picked up photography. That decision opened the door to Washington
Digital Media. From there, I started helping build brands, websites, media
systems, student pipelines, production workflows, business infrastructure,
and creative systems.
That back injury forced me to face myself. And it pushed me from
consumer to creator. That is why I care so much about helping other people
get their ideas out of their head and into the world.
Because ideas die when they stay trapped. They need structure. They need
tools. They need execution. They need a system.

YOUR BUSINESS PIECES
THE MEANING BEHIND THE BRAND
Why Shattered Glass
Studios Exists
I started Shattered Glass Studios because my work has never fit
neatly into one box.
Websites. Photography. Video. AI. Marketing. Operations. Business
development. Education. Events. Media. Community work. Creative
direction.
From the outside, that can look scattered. But to me, Shattered Glass is
about taking the best pieces from different industries and bringing them
together into something bigger. Like stained glass.
What looks scattered is often just a
system waiting to be assembled.
Your website, content, CRM, AI tools, team, operations, marketing, and
follow-up may feel disconnected right now. My job is to help assemble
those pieces into a system that finally makes sense.
THE WORK
I Build Bridges Between
Ideas and Execution.
Most people come to me because something feels messy. They
have the vision, but the system is missing.
I help connect the pieces:
The goal is not to make your business more complicated. The goal is to
make your business easier to run.

PHILOSOPHY
How I Think About the
Work
ON AI
AI Is Lowercase i. The Intelligence
Comes Through People.
I do not treat AI like magic. To me, AI is lowercase i. The
intelligence comes through people.
AI is an artificial processing engine. It can organize, generate,
summarize, automate, analyze, and speed up work. But the real
connection still comes through human service.
That is why I do not sell AI as a gimmick. I use AI to help people
think clearer, move faster, create better, document what matters,
and build systems that support real human work.
ON LEADERSHIP
A Leader Gives People the Tools to Win.
My philosophy on leadership is simple: you cannot lead people
you are not willing to serve.
There is no kingdom without the people. There is no leader
without the people who choose to follow, build, support, and
believe.
Leadership is not about standing above people. It is about giving
people the tools, structure, confidence, and clarity they need to
succeed.
